On 22nd july 2021 Kerala Blasters FC officialy announced the signing of Adrian Luna and in 22 July 2022 Kerala Blasters FC have announced the extension of Adrian Luna.The Uruguyan midfielder joined Kerala Blasters last season and had a gorgeous season with Blasters.He became the captain of the team of the middle of the season because of a injury to their captain Jessel Carneiro and led the team to finals.
