 Kerala Blasters signs Australian striker Apostolos Giannou.


Kerala Blasters has officially announced the signing of Apostolos Giannou.The 32 year old has lastly played for A league club Macarthur and in 20 games he had scored 3 goals.

In 2006 Giannou represented the Australia under-17 team at the AFC U-17 Championship 2006 Qualification. Giannou scored in Australia's 3–1 win against Indonesia.Giannou was the only Victorian player selected for Australia's under-17 side that took part in the International Youth Football tournament in Niigata, Japan.

Giannou was Kerala Blasters target for the last 2 years but now only they can finalize the deal.Blasters have now filled their asian quota and it's in the safe hands.Blasters now have signed two strikers and hope that two player will have a blasting season.
